Returns Terms & Conditions
At SnapFloors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
1. Return Period
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
3. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that are not returned in a resalable condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
4. Return Process
Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at hi@snapfloors.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions to help ensure a smooth process.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
